Providence, R.I. – The University of Massachusetts men's track and field team competed at the Brown Invitational on Saturday, with six Minutmen securing top-five finishes.
Highlights from Competition:
The Minutewomen return to action at the MAC Indoor Championships in Mount Pleasant, Mich. on Friday, Feb. 27.
Highlights from Competition:
- Elijah Wolinski placed fifth in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.47.
- The duo of Chris Scalia (4th) and Corey Sanders (5th) placed consecutively in the men's 500m with times of 1:08.18 and 1:08.49, respectively.
- Tory Stuckey placed fourth in the men's high jump with a clear of 6'2.75".
- Chamberlain Guthrie claimed silver in the men's long jump with a leap of 22'2.5". Quinn Hardt placed fourth with a distance of 21'11".
- Hunter Feitel rounded out the top five in the men's pole vault with a clear of 14'7.25" Elijah Wolinski placed seventh with a height of 14'1.25".
- Aaron Fishler placed seventh in the men's weight throw with a toss of 52'9.25.
