Minutemen Set For Pair of Exhibition Games

AMHERST, Mass. -- The University of Massachusetts men's basketball team is set to play two exhibition games to kick-off the 2025-2026 season, the program announced Tuesday.
Massachusetts will face two teams from the Ocean State, traveling to Brown before returning home to host Rhode Island College.

The Minutemen will host their lone home exhibition game on Saturday, Oct. 25 against the Anchormen at 1 p.m. EST in the Mullins Center. The matchup is open to the public with free admission available for all spectators.
Massachusetts will travel to Providence, R.I. and challenge the Brown Bears in Pizzitola Sports Center on Sunday, October 19 at 4 p.m. EST. The exhibition will mark the first matchup between the two programs since the 1956-57 season. Admission to Pizzitola Sports Center will be free and open to the public.
Massachusetts men's basketball single game and season tickets are now on sale. Season ticket packages start at $210 and include one ticket to each of the Minutemen's regular season home games played at the Mullins Center. Tickets can be purchased online using the following link.
