Morris Claims A-10 Offensive Player of The Week Honors

AMHERST, Mass. -- Massachusetts lacrosse attacker Kassidy Morris received Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of The Week honors, the conference announced Monday afternoon. The selection marks the second of the season for Morris and third of her career.
Morris scored a career-high eight goals to lead Massachusetts to a key 20-13 victory over St. Bonaventure. The performance, which is tied for the most by any A-10 player in a single-game this season, helped the Minutewomen secure their 14th consecutive A-10 Regular Season Championship and 16th straight season with either a regular season or tournament title.
Morris and the Minutewomen return home for their final homestand of the season, taking on UMass Lowell on Tuesday, April 22 at 3 p.m. at Graber Field. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and can be followed live on umassathletics.com or UMassLacrosse on Twitter.
