UMass Basketball Announces Television Schedule For 2021-22 Season

AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts men's and women's basketball teams announced their television schedules for the 2021-22 seasons on Tuesday. The two teams will each be featured in games on CBS Sports Network in addition to playing a combined 18 home games on NESN or NESN+.
The men's basketball team is set to play five games on national television, starting with the matchup against Penn State on Monday, Nov. 15 on CBS Sports Network. The Minutemen will also be featured in four games on USA, including three in the Mullins Center, in addition to hosting Rutgers on Nov. 27 on the Peacock streaming platform. UMass is set to play 10 home games on NESN or NESN+ with those games available outside of New England on ESPN+.
The Minutewomen play a program record 10 games on television highlighted by a nationally televised game on Sunday, Feb. 13 against Duquesne on CBS Sports Network in addition to a matchup at Rhode Island on the NBCUniversal platform on Jan. 5. The Minutewomen play eight home games on television across NESN and NESN+ during the 2021-22 season, beginning with Central Connecticut State in the opener on NESN+. The remaining six games in the Mullins Center will air on ESPN+.
All games that are not nationally televised will be available on ESPN+ as part of the Atlantic 10 Conference's television agreement with ESPN. Games set to be broadcasted on NESN or NESN+ will also be available for fans outside of New England on ESPN+.
