Softball Announces Six Class Of 2020 Signings

The Minutewomen will add six players from six different states for next season.
AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts softball team and head coach Kristi Stefanoni announced the signings of six to the class of 2020 on Thursday afternoon. The class features players from all over the country with six players from different states including Arizona, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
Jenna Bradley (Scranton, Pa./Holy Cross HS) was a four-year varsity starter at Holy Cross High School, where she was tabbed the Pennsylvania AA State Player of the Year after striking out a Lackawanna League single-season record 307 batters. The pitcher was named the Scranton Times Tribune Player of the Year and first-team all-state, all-region and all-conference in 2019 after earning all-region and all-conference honors in 2018. Bradley helped her team to three straight District 2 AA Championships and to the Lackawanna League title in 2019.
Jordyn Graime (Manalapan, N.J./Manalapan HS) earned four letters as a four-year starter at Manalapan High School, leading the squad in home runs her junior year as she was named the team's offensive player of the year. The team captain was named to NJ.com's Top Juniors list in 2019 and added a Jersey Sports Zone Player of the Week award her junior season. Graime owns a career batting average on .358 and an on-base percentage of .423 and played club ball with Jersey Intensity.
Isabella Pantoja (Litchfield Park, Ariz./Verrado HS) joins the Minutewomen by way of Verrado High School is Arizona, where she has earned three first-team all-region selections through three seasons of varsity action. Pantoja batted .500 as a junior and sophomore to help the Vipers to back-to-back conference championships.
Taylor Spexarth (The Woodlands, Texas/Tomball HS) was a four-year letterwinner at Tomball High School in Texas, where she earned first-team all-academic and second-team all-district honors while earning recognition in the VYPE Houston Magazine. The infielder/outfielder helped her club team to multiple titles, including an ASA SW National Championship and to the TCS Summer and ASA NW Nationals.
Payge Suggs (Cincinnati, Ohio/West Clermont HS) was a defensive player of the year honoree at West Clermont High School, where she was twice named First-Team All-City and first-team all-conference. Suggs was also tabbed to the academic all-conference team three times and was a three-year Scholar Athlete Award winner. The three-year National Honor Society member was also a state finalist in the HOSA Future Healthcare Professionals competition.
Chloe Whittier (Victor, N.Y./Victor HS) earned all-New York honors and All-Greater Rochester selections twice as she helped Victor High School to a state championship in 2018 and to the state semifinals in 2019 and 2017. The outfielder was a two-time Daily Messenger All-Star and all-league selection while being named the Monroe County Co-Player of the Year. On the field, Whittier helped her team to three conference, regional and sectional titles and was also a first-team all-conference on the hardwood.
