Women's Basketball Unveils Gameday Promotions, TV Schedule

Exciting slate on deck for Minutewomen in 2019-20, including four television appearances
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts women's basketball on Friday unveiled the program's 2019-20 gameday promotions schedule and announced four opportunities for fans to watch the Minutewomen on television. Single game and season tickets, along with a variety of group ticket offerings, are on sale now and can be purchased by visiting UMass Athletics Ticket Central or by calling (866) UMASS-TIX.
UMass will appear on television four times this year in addition to numerous chances for fans to watch the squad on ESPN+. Along with the season opener vs. Merrimack on Tues., Nov. 5 (4:30 p.m., NESN), the squad will play on NESN vs. VCU (Jan. 22, 5 p.m.), on NBCSN vs. Richmond (Jan. 29, noon) and NESNplus vs. Davidson (Feb. 22, noon).

The 2019-20 basketball season officially begins at the Mullins Center! Join the Minutewomen as they tip off the season on the newly designed Jack Leaman Court as we honor the past and embrace the future, where the Minutewomen will wearing new jerseys for the first time this year. A limited number of replica court rally towels will be given away, so be sure to get to the Mullins Center early and claim yours! Additionally, this is "Flagship Is Rising" night as the players will share with fans what this team means to them and goals set for the 2019-20 season.

Military Appreciation
As part of Veteran's Day weekend, we take time to recognize and appreciate all those who have, are currently or will serve in the military. Two complimentary tickets will be offered to all active and retired military personnel. Be sure to stick around for a post game shootaround, your first opportunity to play on the newly-designed Jack Leaman Court.

Camper Reunion
All campers who participated in UMass Women's Basketball camps this past summer are invited back to be part of Camper Reunion Day. We will look back and highlight some of the best moments from camp! We will be giving away mini basketball hoops to all campers in attendance. Fans of all ages are invited to take part in a post game shoot immediately following the game!

For Girl Scouts Day at the Mullins Center, all girl scouts are encouraged to come out and support the Minutewomen as a troop! All girl scouts in attendance will receive an exclusive UMass patch. The Minutewomen will also be collecting new toys that will be donated during the holiday season.

Holiday Game
It's the holiday season at the Mullins Center! The Mullins Center will be decorated with holiday spirit; come get your holiday photo taken and participate in holiday card-making station! Celebrate the season of giving by bringing a new toy to be donated. Toys will be collected upon entry into the Mullins Center. To fight the winter chill, we will be giving away an exclusive amount of winter gloves. All fans are invited to take part in a post game shootaround and a few players will be signing autographs!

Close out 2019 by celebrating all of the Minutewomen's best moments from the year. During the game, we will look back and celebrate some the program's best moments as the team looks forward to the 2020 and beginning conference play. All Weekday Fanatics participants will be entered to win a Tory Verdi signed basketball and the winner will be announced during the second half of the game.

All students in attendance will receive an interactive work book to fill out during the game.
