Three Boats Race At Green Monster Regatta

HANOVER, N.H. – University of Massachusetts rowing concluded its Fall schedule on Sunday with novice competition at Dartmouth's Green Monster Regatta along the Connecticut River. UMass raced three boats in the field.
The UMass A boat finished fourth overall (17:18.1), behind the No. 1 through No. 3 finishers Dartmouth (A), Dartmouth (B) and Boston College (A), respectively. UMass' B boat was three slots behind with an adjusted time of 17:55.6 and the C boat for the Minutewomen rounded out the day's competition in ninth overall (20:07.8).
Sunday's regatta wrapped up the Fall schedule for the Minutewomen, who will next be on the water when the squad heads to Deland, Florida for their annual winter training trip from Jan. 13-20, 2018.
