Swimming and Diving Closes Out Regular-Season at Fordham

AMHERST, Mass. - In their final tune-up before the Atlantic 10 Championships, the UMass swimming and diving teams head to Fordham on Saturday afternoon for the last dual meet of the season. The meet is slated for a 1 p.m. start at the Colonel Francis B. Messmore Aquatics Center.

Following Saturday's competition, the Minutemen and Minutewomen will head to the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio, to take part in the A-10 Championships on Feb. 15-18.

Both programs are coming off dual meet losses at the Dartmouth Invitational last weekend despite several strong performances.

Overall this season, the Minutewomen have 20 top-10 performances in individual league events highlighted by the diving team with four performers among the league's best on the three-meter board.

On the men's side, UMass has 26 top-10 results among league performers including Oliver Wyeth who holds the fastest time in the 200 back this season.
