Boathouse Construction Update (April 3)

HADLEY, Mass. - The UMass rowing team's new boathouse has started to see some interior work as well as exterior installation of siding and roofing. Red roofing has been installed on the upper roof and black roofing is starting to appear on the lower roof.

Windows have been installed to the rear of the boathouse where showers will be located for the team. On the interior, the framing for the shower area has started. The ceiling and walls of the interior have been insulated and are partially covered in tin siding in the area where the boats will be stored.
