Lamb Leaves Program Temporarily

Amherst, Mass. - University of Massachusetts men's basketball coach Steve Lappas announced this morning that junior forward Raheim Lamb (Boston, Mass.) has left the Minuteman program temporarily for personal reasons and will not be in uniform for today's game against Duquesne.

In 24 appearances this season, Lamb was averaging 3.4 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. He was coming off a six-point, eight-rebound, two-block performance a week ago against St. Bonaventure and had started seven games for the Minutemen this season.
