PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Three University of Massachusetts women's soccer players have been selected to Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams. Senior midfielder Michelle Luttati (Westford, Mass.) and junior forward Lindsey Fairweather (Kingston, Mass.) were second-team all-conference picks, while freshman midfielder Stephanie Barrett (Katonah, N.Y.) was named to the all-rookie team.
Luttati scored two goals and had two assists on the season, while playing in 16 games and making 15 starts. Her headball goal against St. Bonaventure marked the game-winner in overtime on Senior Day, while her second goal, in the 89th minute at Temple, sent the game into overtime. Academically, Luttati maintains a GPA of 3.8, and has been on the Dean's List every semester of her collegiate career.
Fairweather transferred to UMass this year from Boston College. In her first season as a Minutewoman, she netted four goals in 12 games for the Minutewomen. Her 20 shots on goal and 50 total shots led the team. She scored a single goal both at Rhode Island and vs. Binghamton, and posted a two-goal performance vs. Xavier.
Barrett played in all 17 games for Massachusetts, making 7 starts. She tallied one goal in UMass' 4-1 win at Rhode Island.
