Collegian: Field Hockey Falls To Orange

Matt Strong of the Massachusetts Daily Collegian has a recap of field hockey's 2-0 loss at No. 5 Syracuse on Sunday. The Minutewomen played the Orange tough however, keeping the game 1-0 deep into the second half with a pair of shots of penalty corners that could have tied it. UMass begins A-10 play on Saturday when it heads to Lock Haven for a noon contest.
