Minutewomen Announce 2025 Regular Season Slate

AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts women's lacrosse team announced its 16-game regular season schedule, Head Coach Jana Drummond announced Thursday afternoon. The Minutewomen will host eight games during the regular season at Garber Field and play five Atlantic 10 contests on their home turf.
UMass begins regular season action at the friendly confines of Garber on Saturday, Feb. 15 against Dartmouth. The Minutewomen then travel east for an in-state clash with Boston College on Wednesday, February 19 before returning home to face Long Island on Saturday, February 22. Massachusetts then pivots to the road for two regional matchups against Holy Cross (Feb. 25) and UConn (March 1).
The Atlantic 10 opener caps off a three-game road stretch on March 8 in Richmond, Va. against VCU and is followed by the home conference opener for the Minutewomen on Wednesday, March 12 against Rhode Island. The Minutewomen make it two straight in Amherst with a weekend matchup against Duquesne on Saturday, March 15.
The Minutewomen head to the mid-atlantic for a pair of road games versus George Washington (March 22) and Saint Joseph's (March 26). UMass plays two consecutive at Garber Field to follow, beginning with La Salle on Saturday, March 29 before hosting rival Richmond the following Saturday, April 5.
Massachusetts ends its road slate with games against Davidson (April 12) and St. Bonaventure (April 19). The Minutewomen close out the 2025 regular season with a pair of home games, beginning with a matchup against UMass Lowell for the Kennedy Cup on Tuesday, April 22. The final regular finale will be Saturday, April 26 as the Minutewomen face George Mason for Senior Day.
The A-10 Championships are set to begin with first round play on Thursday, May 1 at Robins Stadium in Richmond, Va. The semifinals are slated for Friday, May 2 with the finals scheduled for Sunday, May 4.
