Women’s Basketball Announces 2023-24 Non-Conference Schedule

Minutewomen open regular season on Nov. 6 at the Mullins Center.
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts women's basketball and head coach Mike Leflar unveiled the program's non-conference schedule for the 2023-24 season on Thursday. The slate includes four home games at the Mullins Center and renew several Northeast rivalries across four different conferences. Game times, as well as dates and times for the Atlantic 10 schedule, will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
After a Sunday, October 29, exhibition against Assumption, the Minutewomen officially ring in the new campaign welcoming Saint Peter's to Amherst on Monday, November 6, for the team's home opener. UMass will follow up with trips to Northeastern on Thursday, November 9, and Maine on Sunday, November 12. Massachusetts returns to the Mullins Center on Thursday, November 16, to take on Harvard.
The Maroon and White, then, prepare for a six-game road stretch, heading to Monmouth (Nov. 19) before the 2023 Cancun Challenge to take on Green Bay (Nov. 23), Washington State (Nov. 24) and Maryland (Nov. 25). The Minutewomen conclude its road slate at Yale on Friday, December 1 and Boston College on Wednesday, December 6. Massachusetts completes its non-conference schedule returning to the home hardwood for two contests, beginning with UMass Lowell (Dec. 10) and UAlbany (Dec. 20).
Season ticket deposits are still being accepted for the 2023-24 season from new season ticket holders. Fans who place deposits for will be contacted to select their seat location prior to the general public season ticket on sale date. Deposits are just $25 per-seat and are applied as a credit towards the total cost of 2023-24 UMass women's basketball season tickets. Returning season ticket holders should NOT place a deposit. Instead, they should log into their online ticket account to access their season ticket renewal application or call 1-866-UMASS-TIX to renew their season tickets prior to the August 24th deadline.
