Baseball Reveals 2021 Schedule

First pitch slated for Feb. 27
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts baseball and head coach Matt Reynolds unveiled the team's 2021 regular season schedule on Thursday.

Due to the ever-evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, game dates, times and opponents are subject to change. Any updates to the schedule will be announced on UMassAthletics.com as well as via the official UMass baseball social media accounts.

In accordance with UMass' COVID-19 protocols, all home games will be closed to spectators this Spring. The decision was made following consultation with local public health and university officials and in accordance with the Governor's Executive Order prohibiting large capacity venues from opening to the public.

Massachusetts begins the campaign on Feb. 27, opening a three-game series at Stony Brook. The Minutemen will face a variety of foes around New England and the Mid-Atlantic regions throughout the first month of the season, before opening up Earl Lorden Field vs. Northeastern on March 28.

Atlantic 10 competition for the squad will bring La Salle (April 16-18), St. Bonaventure (May 14-16) and Rhode Island (May 20-22) to the Earl. The Minutemen will hit the road for conference series at Saint Joseph's (April 9-11), Rhode Island (April 23-25) and Fordham (April 30-May 2). A neutral-site game vs. St. Joe's is also scheduled for April 2, though this will not count as an Atlantic 10 Conference game.

The Minutemen wrap up the regular season slate with a nine-game home stand, beginning with a May 4 tilt against in-state foe Boston College. Click here for a link to the full schedule as it currently stands.
