Minutewomen Continue Bulldog Invitational Play Versus Yale

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - University of Massachusetts tennis sophomore Anna Napadiy and freshman Jodie Lawrence-Taylor took home a pair of wins each during the second day of the Bulldog Invitational on Saturday, during which the Minutewomen challenged the tournament hosts, Yale. Massachusetts concludes play at the Bulldog Invitational with a match against Boston University on Sunday afternoon.

Lawrence-Taylor's first win of the afternoon came alongside Janja Kovacevic at No. 1 doubles as the duo put in a dominant showing against Dunleavy and Gong for a 6-1 outcome. Lawrence-Taylor added a three-set victory at No. 3 singles, again facing Gong, with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 triumph.

Napadiy tallied a victory with Jasmin Tripathy at No. 4 doubles, 7-5, over Cameron and Wang. Napadiy later added a 6-3, 6-3 win against Yang at No. 5 singles.
