Rowing Quartet Selected Atlantic 10 All-Conference

FAIRFAX STATION, Va. - Four members of the University of Massachusetts rowing team were selected Atlantic 10 All-Conference following completion of the league's championship in Fairfax Station, Virginia, Sunday. Zoe Hill and Sam Kolovson earned spots on the first team and Natalie Boisvert and Allanah Rubi-Mooney picked up second team laurels.

At the Atlantic 10 Championship, Hill was a member of the Varsity 8+ that took second while Kolovson provided a veteran presence on the gold medal-winning Varsity 4+ boat. Boisvert and Rubi-Mooney also rowed with Hill on the Varsity 8+.

The Minutewomen tied with Rhode Island atop the team standings with 51 points apiece, but Rhody's win in the Varsity 8+ served as the tiebreaker. and awarded the Rams first in the championship. It also granted Rhode Island the league's automatic bid into the upcoming NCAA Championship.

The four Maroon and White recipients tied UMass with Rhode Island for most Atlantic 10 All-Conference selections.
