Softball Trip To Louisville Tourney Cancelled

AMHERST, Mass. - The Massachusetts softball team has had to cancel its trip to the Louisville Tournament this weekend as a result of weather-related travel cancelations.
Due to heavy snow in the Louisville area, Friday's games were cancelled yesterday and by midday Friday, Saturday's competitions were also eliminated.
The Minutewomen (4-5) will turn their attention to preparations for next week's Michele Smith Spring Break Classic in Clearwater, Fla. UMass is scheduled to play Rutgers, Chattanooga, Canisius, Iowa State and LIU.
