WESTFIELD, Mass. - On Friday the Minutemen began their New England Championship weekend in Westfield, Mass. Stephen Bigelow put himself in position to score for the Minutemen on day two after his performance in the preliminaries.

The senior out of Winchester, Mass., ran the 110 meter hurdles in just 14.52-seconds to finish fourth in the preliminaries. Bigelow will compete in the finals on Saturday and boost his team in the standings.

The New England Championship begins at 10 AM on Saturday in Worcester, Mass.
