Minutewomen Drop Dual Meet To Brown, 151-149

AMHERST, Mass. - The Massachusetts women's swimming & diving team went toe-to-toe with Brown in a duel meet Saturday before ultimately falling in the final event of the day, 151-149, at the Joseph R. Rogers, Jr. Pool inside Boyden Gymnasium.
Each school won eight of the 16 events, but the Bears touched first in the 400 free relay and used the 9-point advantage in the event to claim the meet victory.
Swimming in their fourth-consecutive weekend meet, the Minutewomen used a number of strong swims to build momentum heading into a week off from competition before closing the first half of the 2014-15 season at the Terrier Invitational, Nov. 21-23 at Boston University.
