Barry Sets UMass Top Five Mark At IC4A Meet

PRINCETON, N.J. - The IC4A Championships came to a close on Sunday afternoon in Princeton, N.J. The only Minuteman to place in the finals of an event on Sunday was Daniel Barry in the 1500 meter run. UMass ended up tying for 16th in a field of 52 teams by tallying 17 points.
Crossing the line at 3:47.12 was Daniel Barry in the 1500 meter run. The senior placed fifth in the event while setting the second best time in UMass history.
Any Minutemen who are eligible for the NCAA Regionals will find out sometime in the next week and a half. The NCAA Regional Championships are set to convene May 26th-28th.
