UMass Women's Basketball Broadcasts Win Associated Press Award

Sturbridge, Mass. - The UMass women's basketball broadcasts on WMUA Radio were honored at the Associated Press' dinner on Saturday night in Sturbridge as the top broadcast in Massachusetts and Rhode Island on a campus station. Marc Bertrand and Nick Zguro's broadcast of the UMass-Siena game in December was selected as the best in the category.

WMUA, 91.1 FM in Amherst, broadcasts all of the UMass women's basketball games, home and away, over the air and also on the worldwide web.
