Yarworth Named A-10 Coach Of The Year

AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts men's swim team head coach Russ Yarworth was awarded Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year for the fifth consecutive year, and sixth time overall, as he led his team to their fourth straight conference crown over the weekend.
Yarworth, a 1978 graduate of UMass, earned this honor in 1996, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and now 2004, as he completes his 26th season with a 4-1 dual-meet record. Yarworth now owns a lifetime record of 213-62-0 as a head coach.
