Basketball Radio Shows Debut Next Monday At LaCucina Di Pinocchio

Amherst, Mass. - The UMass basketball radio shows begin next Monday, November 22, LaCucina Di Pinocchio, an Italian restaurant in downtown Amherst, and will be aired live on WRNX (100.9 FM) and over the internet. Men's coach Steve Lappas' program will begin at 7 p.m., followed by Marnie Dacko's show at 8 p.m.
UMass fans are invited to come down to LaCucina Di Pinocchio to enjoy a great meal and watch the broadcast of "The Budweiser UMass Basketball Shows" that will air back-to-back. Questions for Coach Lappas and Coach Dacko can be submitted either over the internet, through www.umassathletics.com, or in-person at the restaurant. A segment in each show will be devoted to questions from the fans.
Bob Behler will serve as the host for both shows. Each week a special player guest on each team will be featured.
