Aiden Consedine, who serves as the Development Associate for Athletics Development at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, joined the Minutemen Club staff in June of 2025.
Prior to a full-time position, Consedine worked as a development intern beginning in September of 2023. While interning with UMass Amherst, Consedine was enrolled at Springfield College as an undergraduate, earning his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Recreation in May of 2024. While at Springfield College, Consedine was a member of the baseball program, and gained valuable industry experience with organizations such as the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the United States Golf Association.
After completing his undergraduate degree at Springfield College, Consedine pursued his Masters in Sport Management in the Isenberg School of Management, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While enrolled in a one-year program, Consedine continued to actively intern with the Athletics Development Department, and upon graduation, was hired full-time as the Development Associate.
Consedine is a Holyoke, MA native, and currently resides there.
