Cross Country: Saw action in three meets – the Paul Short Run (9/30), the Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (9/9) and the Ken O’Brien Minuteman Invitational (9/2).
Indoor: Placed 7th in the mile with a new personal record of 5:12.87 minutes at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (3/1-2)...Also set a new personal record of 10:46.90 minutes in the 3000 meter run at the UMass Amherst Flagship Indoor Invitational (1/14).
Outdoor: Placed 5th in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:59.64 minutes at the Black & Gold Invitational (3/29-30).
Before UMass: Graduated from Holliston High School in 2023 … PRs entering UMass: 800m (2:20.07), mile (5:10.79), 2 mile (11:16.65), XC 5K (18:35.0) … Helped squad to two Massachusetts Division 2 state championships in cross country (2021, 2022) and a 2022 Massachusetts Division 4 runner-up showing as a team in 2022 … Part of three consecutive years of undefeated competition in cross country (dual meets, invitationals and states) … Named team MVP for outdoor track in 2023 … Was a three-time Metro-west All-Star … Earned Boston Herald All- Scholastic recognition … Took the runner-up spot in states in two mile, third place in mile and was a member of winning the 4x800m team … Part of school record setting 4x800m (9:38.63) and 4xMile (21:12.53) relays … Swam club for Kingfish swimming 2018-2022 and competed in two years of high school swimming, setting two school records and earning league all-star recognition twice.
