Outdoor: Secured first place in the 5k with a time of 16:42.09 and third in the 1500-meter run with a finish of 4:34.76 at the UMass Lafreniere Commonwealth Invitational (4/12)... Earned first in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:25.67 at the UMass Ken O’Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier (4/25-27)... Earned silver in the 5k with a time of 16:57.60 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (5/3-4)... Earned silver in the 5k with a personal-best time of 16:34.32 at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships (5/10).
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 3k with a time of 9:55.87 at the UMass Flagship Invitational (1/12)... 2023-24: Cross Country: Saw action in five of six meets, scoring in four … Completed the scoring for UMass in 170th with a time of 22:42.7 (6K) at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (11/10) … Placed fifth for the squad and 47th overall (22:37.1, 6K) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/28) … Rounded out the UMass scoring, finishing in 85th with a personal best time of 22:33.1 (6K) at the ECAC Championships (10/13) … Finished in the scoring for the first time collegiately, placing fifth for the Minutewomen and 211th overall (22:35.2, 6K) at the Paul Short Run (9/30).
