2022-23: Outdoor: Won silver in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/6 -5/7) with a personal best time of 10:35.23… Had another PB at the Atlantic 10 Championships by running a 4:33.42 in the 1500 meter and placing seventh… Came in fourth in the 2000 meter steeplechase by running a personal best 7:12.28 at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22)... Ran a personal best 5:02.78 mile at the Friar Invitational (4/14). Indoor: Finished in 18th in the 3000 meter at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26)...
