Two Minutewomen Earn Spots On The Atlantic 10 Women’s Cross Country All-Rookie Team

AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts women's cross country has placed two first-year student-athletes on the Atlantic 10 Women's Cross Country All-Rookie Team, the league announced on Thursday. Both Klara Hansen and Kaylie Dalgar were among the top-seven rookie finishers at the 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships.

Hansen was 24^th overall as the Minutewomen's No. 3 runner, completing the course in 21 minutes, 25.9 seconds to help UMass to a runner-up showing as a team and the squad's best finish since 2000. Dalgar Came in 47^th overall (21:51.9), seventh among rookies.
