UMass Olympic Sports Notebook Men's soccer sweeps A-10 foes; field hockey opens A-10 play this week.

Yuri Morales and the men's soccer team is 2-0 in the Atlantic 10 Conference for the first time since 1996.

AMHERST, Mass. - It was a successful week in Amherst as the men's soccer team swept two games from Xavier and Dayton and the women's soccer team won their first A-10 game of the year. The field hockey team starts their quest for an A-10 title this week with a home game against Richmond on Friday.
