NESN: Kellogg Gives Helping Hand To His Hometown Of Springfield

NESN.com has a story up on Derek Kellogg's involvement with the recovery efforts in Springfield.

There was never a doubt in Kellogg's mind that he had a responsibility to help his community. So the Springfield native immediately went to American Red Cross executive director Rick Lee looking to help in any way he could.

"Usually, I have to go after guys like him," Lee said. "They usually don't come after me. But with Derek, he was the one who kept asking."
