Beverly, Willi Selected To CSC Academic All-District Team

Jack Beverly earns the honor for the second straight season, while Marc Willi receives the accolade for the first time.
AMHERST, Mass. – Senior Jack Beverly and redshirt sophomore Marc Willi of the University of Massachusetts baseball team earned a spot on the 2025 Academic All-District Team, as announced by the College Sports Communicators' (CSC) on Tuesday afternoon. Beverly collects the honor for the second consecutive year, while Willi garners the accolade for the first time in his career.
The honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. To be nominated for the CSC Academic All-District Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
Beverly, a psychology major, started in all 47 games played for the Minutemen. He posted a .265 batting average, a .403 on-base percentage and a .476 slugging percentage. The Framingham, Massachusetts, native, tallied 44 hits, including 11 doubles and a team-leading eight home runs. He added 35 runs, 39 RBI and a team-high 37 walks, while totaling 79 bases on the year. In the Atlantic 10 Conference, Beverly ranked sixth with his 37 walks. In the field, he marked a .937 fielding percentage with 95 putouts and 53 assists, while helping turn seven double plays. Beverly was named to the 2025 A-10 All-Academic Team.
Willi, a Weston, Massachusetts, native pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance started in 41 of 42 games played on the year. He earned a .244 batting average, a .358 on-base percentage and a .385 slugging percentage. Willi registered 33 hits on four doubles and five home runs, while accumulating 17 runs and 19 RBI. He recorded a .987 fielding percentage with 291 putouts, eight assists and four errors, while contributing to 25 double plays.
