Men's Cross Country Sees Action At The Princeton Fall Classic

PRINCETON, N.J. – Junior Collin Catherwood paced the University of Massachusetts men's cross country team at the Princeton Fall Classic on Friday, a field featuring 31 schools and 321 runners. The Minutemen compiled a score of 642, and took 25th as a squad.
THE UMASS TOP-FIVE
- Catherwood came in first for the Minutemen and 24th overall in the 8K with a time of 23:36.9.
- Senior Liam Ouellette followed in 93rd overall in 24:22.3.
- Senior Riley Cole placed third on the team and 182 overall (25:02.9).
- Freshman Altamo Aschkenasy claimed 203 with a time of 25:11.6.
- Sophomore Cyrus Hansen rounded out UMass scoring in 215th overall (25:16.0).
UP NEXT
The Minutemen will return to action at the MAC Championships in Buffalo, N.Y., on November 1. Races are slated to begin at 11:00 a.m.
