Massachusetts Athletics Holds Chi Alpha Sigma Induction Ceremony

The department of athletics honored the past three classes
AMHERST, Mass. – Earlier this week, the University of Massachusetts athletics department welcomed the classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024 to the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
Chi Alpha Sigma, a National Collegiate Athlete Honor Society, is a nonprofit honor society with 342 total active chapters. Since its founding in 1996, Chi Alpha Sigma has provided student-athletes with a fraternal association that recognizes their educational and athletic success. UMass has had a chapter since 2008.
Student-athletes must achieve junior academic standing by their fifth semester and have a GPA that is 3.4 or higher to be eligible for Chi Alpha Sigma.
