UMass’ Hrabal Tabbed Hockey East Stop It Goaltending Goaltender Of The Week

AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts hockey sophomore Michael Hrabal has been selected as the Hockey East Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Week, the league office announced on Monday. It marks the second time this season that a Minuteman has earned a weekly award.
Hrabal stopped all 32 shots he faced in a 4-0 shutout at No. 11 Boston University on Saturday, the first-ever shutout of the Terriers in program history and the third career shutout for the Prague, Czechia native. With the win, Hrabal improved to 8-5-2 on the season and was named the game's No. 1 star. He holds a 2.37 goals against average and a .920 save percentage over 15 games this season.
