Massachusetts Baseball Announces 2025 Schedule

Minutemen open up campaign with 17 road games, beginning with a three-game series at Bethune Cookman on February 21-23.
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts baseball and head coach Matt Reynolds announced the team's 2025 season schedule on Wednesday. A 50-game slate lies ahead for the Minutemen, starting off the season with a road series against Bethune Cookman on February 21-23 in Daytona Beach, Florida.
After the season opening series, UMass heads to Baltimore, Maryland, for a three-game series against Coppin State. From there, the Minutemen will make a stop in Annapolis, Maryland, for a three-game series against Navy (March 7-9), before taking on Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, on March 11.
Massachusetts continues its 17-game road stretch with a visit to Davidson, North Carolina to open Atlantic 10 Conference play (March 14-16). The Minutemen face Towson to conclude its road stretch on March 19, before returning to A-10 action in Bronx, New York, with Fordham (March 21-23).
UMass hosts UAlbany on March 25 at Earl Lorden Field for the team's official home opener. Massachusetts, then, makes a quick trip to Hamden, Connecticut, for a non-conference matchup against Quinnipiac on March 26, before welcoming A-10 rival Rhode Island for a three-game series at the Earl (March 28-30).
The Minutemen continue its home slate with the opening round of the Beanpot Championship on April 1 against Harvard. Then, UMass hosts Dayton for three A-10 games on April 4-6, before concluding the eight-game home stretch against Fairfield on April 9.
Massachusetts travels to Richmond, Virginia, for a three-game A-10 matchup with Richmond (April 11-13), and head to Fairfield, Connecticut, to face Sacred Heart on April 15. UMass returns home for a three-game series with George Mason at Earl Lorden Field (April 18-20), before a non-conference road match with UConn on April 22 in Hartford, Connecticut.
UMass finishes April with a three-game series at home versus George Washington (April 25-27), before a neutral site game at Fenway Park for the Beanpot Finals/Consolation game on April 29. A home midweek contest with Siena rounds out the month on April 30.
Massachusetts starts May with seven games on the road, beginning with an A-10 series at Saint Louis (May 2-4). The Minutemen face UMass Lowell for a non-conference game on May 6 in Lowell, Massachusetts, before completing their road schedule at St. Bonaventure for a three-game series on May 9 -11.
The Minutemen cap off the season with a home series against VCU on May 16-18 to finish out league competition.
The Atlantic 10 Championships will be held on May 20-24 in Tysons, Virginia, at Capital One Park.
