Women's Cross Country Places Third At Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup

HOPKINTON, N.H. – University of Massachusetts women's cross country claimed a third-place team finish at Hopkinton Fairgrounds on Friday afternoon at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup. The Minutewomen posted a score of 105, trailing only UConn (28) and Maine (47) in the 15-team field.
THE UMASS TOP-FIVE
- Salma Boukhtam led UMass in 12th overall, completing the 6K in 23 minutes, 0.27 seconds.
- Maia Zatorska was 18th in the field of 129 runners, completing the course in 23:13.50 as the Minutewomen's No. 2 finishers.
- Ella Bosselman was close behind Zatorska in 19th, clocking in at 23:23.96.
- Amelia Amack took 30th as UMass' No. 4 scorer (24:16.29).
- Simone Harrison placed fifth for the Minutewomen and 37th overall (24:44.85).
