AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts hockey has added 5-10, 174-pound forward Michael Cameron to its incoming class for 2022-23, head coach Greg Carvel announced on Friday. Cameron, a native of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, joins defenseman Mikey Adamson as the second member of the Minutemen's Class of 2026.
"Michael comes to UMass after three seasons with the Omaha Lancers of the USHL," said Carvel. "Michael is a well-rounded player that can help you win games by providing offense or strong defense. He is a reliable and responsible player who has good speed and competes hard. Michael fits our identity very well both on and off the ice as he is an elite student as well. This high character young man is another great addition to our culture."
