CHAMPS Cup
September 05, 2016 | Academic Success
The CHAMPS (Challenging Athletes' Minds for Personal Success) Cup competition is based on the NCAA's original Life Skills model, which says that Athletic Departments should help student-athletes develop their potential in areas both in and outside of athletics.
Teams compete against each other for the CHAMPS (Challenging Athletes' Minds for Personal Success) Cup each year starting April 1 and ending March 31. The Cup will be presented to the winning team at the SAMYs Awards Banquet and will remain in the respective coach's office for one year. Â
