Deveau Seventh After First Day Of ECAC

PRINCETON, NJ - Minutewoman Bridget Deveau competed in the heptathlon Friday at the ECAC Championships. Deveau currently stands seventh with 2,609 points amongst a field of tough competitors in Princeton. The freshman saw action Friday in the 100 meter hurdles, high jump, shot put, and the 200 meter run.
In the 100 meter hurdles, Deveau ran 16.31-seconds. She went on to jump 5 feet, 2-inches in high jump and threw 35 feet in shot put. Deveau wrapped up her evening with a 27.09-second performance in the 200 meter run. Tomorrow's long jump, javelin, and 800 meter run will determine the final standings.
The second day of the ECAC Championship picks up May 16 in Princeton, NJ. Deveau will be the first Minutewomen to the track at 9:00 A.M. in heptathlon.
