PRINCETON, N.J. - On Sunday in Princeton, N.J., Becky Stoyle, Kelsey Crawford and Courtney Kromko closed out UMass' performance at the ECAC Championship. Stoyle and Crawford both placed in their events and Stoyle may have leaped her way to regionals next week.

Stoyle jumped 41-feet, 10.5-inches to place fourth in the triple jump. The distance currently ranks her 32 in the region and gives her a solid chance at advancing to regionals next week in Jacksonville, Fla. Stoyle was joined by Courtney Kromko who placed 26 with a jump totaling 37-feet, 6.5-inches.

Finishing seventh for UMass in the shot put after a solid first day of competition was Crawford. The sophomore threw 47-feet, 6.25-inches which stands as a personal best by two feet. She remains third all-time in UMass history but is now just five inches shy of Nalis Mbianda's second best throw in program history.

Now the Minutewomen will wait and see if their 2014 standouts, Heather MacLean and Stoyle will qualify for the NCAA Regionals set for next week in Jacksonville, Fla.
