Zoe Judd Named UMass Athlete Of The Week

AMHERST, Mass. - UMass women's swimming and diving freshman Zoe Judd has been named UMass Athlete of the Week. The is Judd's second honor in three-weeks, following her performance in a 166-134 loss to Northeastern. She will be honored at the UMass Weekly Luncheon on Wednesday Dec 7 at 12:15 p.m. in the Campus Center.
The Acton, Mass native was apart of four of the eight total first-place finishes on the day. She placed first in three individual events: the 100-yard freestyle (52.43), 50-yard freestyle (24.29) and the 25-yard freestyle (11.38). She also finished first as a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:38.49.
Judd and company will be back in action on Jan.8 from their winter training trip in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
