Baldwin Runs At USATF Junior National Championships

DES MOINES, Iowa - UMass women's track & field rising-sophomore Courtney Baldwin recently took part in the USA Track & Field (USATF) Junior National Championships in Des Moines, Iowa, where she competed in the 1500 meter run.
To be eligible for the USATF Junior National Championships, competitors must meet the qualifying mark in their event, be a U.S. citizen and be 19 years of age or younger.
Among the national field, Baldwin finished 15th in the preliminaries with a time of 4:43.12. Her best time in the event this spring, 4:33.58, came at the Atlantic 10 Championships, good for fifth place.
