Men's XC Ends Season at IC4A Championships

NEW YORK, NY - The UMass men's cross country was able to capture tenth place in a field of thirteen this weekend at the IC4A Championships. The Minutemen finished with 240 points, in a field with 123 competitors.
Leading the way for UMass was Daniel Barry who took 30th overall with a time of 26:14.7. Next up for the Minutemen were Jeff Hill and Scott VanderMolen who finished in 47th and 50th respectively with times of 26:31.9 and 26:33.5.
Next up was Zachary Gordon, who took fourth on the team and 55th overall with a time of 26:40.4. Jason Ayr was the final scorer for the Minutemen, who took 58th overall with a time of 26:42.0.
This was the last meet of the year for the men's cross country team. The indoor track season will follow as the first meet is set for Jan. 14 in Boston, Mass.
