UMass Men's Cross Country Participates In Local 5K Race

NORTHAMPTON, Mass.- A former member and a member of the men's cross country team, Matt Tuths, and Matt Klypka respectively as well as the current assistant coach of the Minutemen took part in the Northampton 5K Race Tuesday all of which placed in the top 6 runners.
Assistant Coach Matt Clark won the whole event with a time of 16:16. Current track team member Matt Klypka came in not too far behind in second place with a time of 16:22. Matt Tuths rounded up the participants from the track team in sixth place with a time of 18:05.
