The University of Massachusetts men's soccer team concludes the preseason portion of its schedule with an exhibition contest against No. 9-ranked Notre Dame Saturday night at 7 p.m. at Chicopee's Szot Park.
Here are directions on how to get to Szot Park from Amherst.
1. Follow University Dr. till the intersection of Rt. 9. Go straight through the lights and follow the road (Shell rd.) till the end. (approx. 1 mile)
2. Turn right onto 116 south 6 miles
3. Turn left onto 202 towards Granby. 3 miles
4. Turn right at stop sign onto 202 South. 2 miles
5. Turn left onto 33 south at lights 4.6 miles
6. Go straight through 2 lights and onto Rt. 141. 0.3 miles
7. Bear right onto Church St. (historical district) 0.2 miles
8. Turn left onto Grove St. at lights. 0.1 miles
9. Turn right onto Front St. . 75 miles
10. Turn left into Szot Park.
Or
Mass Pike to exit 5 Chicopee. Go right off of ramp onto Rte 33 (Memorial Drive). Continue through three sets of lights and over bridge. Bear right onto Church St and continue to light. Go left at light onto Grove Street, then right on Front Street and the park is on your left.
