As a Graduate Student in 2022: Started in and played all 20 games for the Minutewomen… Had the fifth most ground balls on the team and the sixth most caused turnovers with 27 and 14 respectively… Recorded 4 ground balls three times… Recorded a season high in both caused turnovers (3) and ground balls (4) in a win over Davidson (4/28).

Before UMass: At Penn State as a senior in 2021 started 11 games tallying 14 ground balls and nine caused turnovers. Was named to the All-Big Ten Second Team in 2021. In 2019, 2020 and 2021 earned Academic All-Big Ten Honors. Big Ten Distinguished Scholar Award 2019-2020, 2020-21, and IWLCA Division1 Academic Honor Roll in 2021.

Personal: Daughter of Stephanie and Stuart Helgeson, born October 17th, 1998. Has one older sister Sarah and one older brother Stu. Mother Stephanie played lacrosse at Penn State and Father Stuart played Football for the Nittany Lions. Brother Stu, played sprint football at The University of Pennsylvania and sister Sarah, played field hockey at Stanford.
