BEFORE UMASS: Named the 2015 RBC CJHL national Junior A hockey player of the year and was the recipient of the 2015 CJHL Top Goaltender Award ... As a member of the Okotoks Oilers of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) in 2014-15, led the league in wins (30-8-3) and save percentage (.924), while finishing fourth in goals-against average at 2.19 ... Was tabbed the AJHL Most Valuable Player, earned the league’s Top Goalie award, was an All-AJHL honoree and was voted team MVP in 2014-15 ... Logged five shutouts in 2014-15 to set an Okotoks’ franchise record ... Posted the best goals-against average in the team’s history, as well (2.19) ... Played 103 games of junior hockey between the Alberta Junior Hockey League and the British Columbia Hockey League ...
