Fuller joined the Massachusetts athletics department in a full time role in April of 2023 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the football program.
Prior to joining on a full time basis, Fuller served as an Departmental Assistant for the athletic training staff at UMass, working primarily with the football team as well as the women’s lacrosse team. She managed and assisted with the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of student athletes, communicating closely with coaches and staff members to deliver injury reports. Fuller also taught an introductory Kinesiology course on campus and she supervised numerous Kinesiology student interns.
Fuller participated in a Clinical Rotation at UMass where she assisted with the treatment and care of the men’s lacrosse team and shadowed the University’s team physician. She also assisted with overseeing drug testing and helped record patient notes.
Prior to her work with the men’s lacrosse team at UMass, Fuller participated in a clinical rotation assisting with the care of the football team at UMass. She organized field set up and breakdown at every practice and competition, while also assisting with recording patient notes.
Prior to Fuller’s work with the UMass football team, she participated in a clinical rotation at Biddeford High School in Biddeford, Maine. She assisted with the treatment and care of in-season student athletes for the Cheerleading, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Baseball, Track and Field and Tennis teams.
Prior to Biddeford High School, Fuller participated in a clinical rotation at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Fuller worked with the women’s rugby, football, field hockey, soccer, volleyball, cross country and women’s ice hockey teams assisting with treatment and care for student athletes. She evaluated, treated, and helped with the rehabilitation of athletes returning from injury. She also managed daily COVID-19 screening and testing.
Fuller earned a Master's degree in Athletic Training from the University of New England.
