• Helped the Panthers win the Connecticut State Championship in 2008 and finish as runners-up in 2011
• Won a pair of conference championships and recorded a four-year win total of 37-10
• Second-team All-Connecticut selection on the defensive line, was named to the Hartford Courant All-State Honorable Mention Team and was a first-team all-conference pick as a senior in 2011
• Cromwell High School Lineman of the Year after posting 105 total tackles with 59 tackles for loss and 14 sacks
• Also had 16 quarterback hurries and one interception
• Member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams where he threw the discus and shot put
